Pioneer Engineering Sdn Bhd has been audited and awarded the certifications of ISO/TS 29001:2010 and ISO 9001:2008 by DNV (Det Norske Veritas AS). Understanding and acknowledging the importance of being ISO accredited, PESB’s top level management ensures these standards are met and adhered to by all levels of its staff.
A proper Quality Management System is important to PESB as it:

• Documents company policies, objectives, procedures and organization for quality to facilitate the direction, understanding, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system of PESB.
• Defines the responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities on quality of all departments.
• Translates quality policies into a set of quality objectives covering all processes within PESB.
• Provides management direction to all departments in order for an orderly and systematic workflow process.

Scope of Certification:
Provision and Maintenance, Repair and Services of Heat Exchanger, Boiler, Unfired-Pressure Vessel, Advance Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Plant General Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation and Specialized Industrial Cleaning for Off-Shore and On-Shore Oil and Gas Installation.

Health, Safety & Environment is a part of our business culture. PESB commitment is to provide Save and Healthy working environment and at the same time continuously providing safety training and standard working procedure to enable company to achieve a high standard in Health, Safety and Environment in providing quality service to clients.

PESB managed to achieve 1,013,140 man-hours with Zero Recordable case Injuries and Illness in 2010. With a dedicated and experience in house Safety & Health Officer and full support by the management and entire PESB workforce, our next mission is to achieve OSHAS 18001 accreditation in the first half of 2012.
