He has held leadership roles in business development, strategic technology and innovation management, sales and marketing, capability development among others during his tenures in PETRONAS, Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation (MPRC) and the advisory roles in various organizations.<\/p>\n

Kiwi earned his Master of Science and Bachelor of Engineering both in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia and Professional Certificate in Management from the University of Melbourne.<\/p>\n

Mohd Azmi Shukri holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Universiti Tenaga Nasional.<\/p>\n

Azmi has a decade of experience in the gas turbine refurbishment activities including in-situ machining projects such as steam turbine casing machining, casing drilling, seal fin repair, ST diaphragm machining and more.<\/p>\n

He is also responsible for the ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System) certification in Pioneer Engineering, in order to develop Quality Management, process-oriented and proper documentation culture amongst company personnel.<\/p>\n

Imran started his career as Dredge Engineer with a local dredging contractor in 2010. He successfully completed a flood mitigation project at Sungai Muda, Kedah and moved to Jelutong, Penang for a land reclamation project. In 2012, he joined CWM Group as Operation and Maintenance Engineer for a sewage treatment plant in Putrajaya. He then became a Project Engineer for STP Refurbishment in Klang Valley. He started to serve Pioneer Engineering as a Proposal Engineer responsible for all bidding activities as well as developing business capacity. At present, he is the Head of Commercial, taking full responsibility for developing the business model and capacity to grow bigger and securing contracts from Oil & Gas clients.<\/p>\n

Mohamad Shamsul Nizam Shahrom<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1640855492178{margin-top: 20px !important;}”]Shamsul has 16 years of extensive and successful experience in large-scale design-and-build (DAB) such as New Urology Building for Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), build-operate-transfer (BOT) of NPK Fertiliser Plant in Sandakan for Kretam Holding Berhad and industrial construction projects such as palm oil mill, oil refinery and industrial cluster such as POIC Lahad Datu and POIC Sandakan in Sabah.<\/p>\n

He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Recently he completed his Master Degree in Project Management from Open University Malaysia in 2020.<\/p>\n

He joined Pioneer Engineering in October 2021 as Chief Operating Officer (Construction) to lead the significant venture into construction industry.
